The amount of sugar in child meals should be limited and parents should give children more vegetables not to get used to just sweet taste, health experts say for childhood.

They warn that, although in food labeling for children is marked "no sugar added", often contain sugars from honey or fruit juice.

Parents should also teach their children bitter taste, experts recommend from the Royal College of Pediatrics and Health for Children.

This will overwhelm children from tooth decay, poor diet, and obesity. This recommendation is one of the few recommendations included in the report on improving the health of children in Britain. The report says the government should set mandatory limits on the amount of sugar that can be used in baby food products.

Many of these products contain high levels of added sugar.
